Played vlad recently top and he is still the same. Really strong in my opinion since there's nobodu who cn really blow you up top lane at the moment.

Id just like to get out of Bronze, I stopped playing and couldn't remember why and then I played some more and it all came back to me, the people are dicks! I feel like im gonna be stuck in this league forever!

Easiest way to get out of bronze is to stop worrying about leagues, the second you're ready to get outta there you'll rise up quickly.
